About Us

風 kaze — wind. 羽 hane — feather.

A feather does not choose where it goes. It is carried, and it lands somewhere it was never planning to be.

Clothes travel the same way. Something made in a small workshop, by hands that will never know your name, ends up on your shoulders and stays there for ten years. Nobody arranged it. It simply found its way.

Kazehane is that part — the carrying.

We look for pieces made by people who could not have made them any other way, and we put them where they can be found. Different makers, different countries, different years, held together by one eye and one question: will this still mean something in ten years?

What we find, we keep. What we keep, we offer here.

We are not here to change what you wear. Only to make sure that the few things you keep were worth keeping.

Guided by faith, moved by purpose.
